Since it’s 32 quarters and each quarter has 4 balloons then 32x4= 128 . You need 128 balloons according to this video

She used 128 balloons

Lol it said 31 in each then they said 32 quarters. That is not mathing. Because 32 x 4 is 128 but 31 + 31 is 62 … therefore it has to be 64 in each color .

Had to watch that part twice 😅. Not sure you can safely inflate 5 inch balloons to 21 cm and safely put them on the string without popping. The ones being assembled are definitely larger balloons. 😂
