My dad has cancer, so my hope for September is that doctors can finally start to treat him. Hi Lorraine! I love your videos! Before I watch my groups I want to share my selection method. It is kind of weird, but I hope that it could be useful for whoever that resonates with it. For a long time I struggled with choosing any group because it is hard for me to trust in my intuition. So now I let my body guide me into a group. First I try to concentrate in the intention grounding myself. (I am grateful that you have included the meditation part, it helps me in that first part. Thank you!) The order of the second and third steps will depend in how I feel after that. Sometimes I ask for God, my guides and my spiritual team to help me with a very clear sign, something that I couldn't deny and that I would understand quickly. Other times I just point out to the screen to every group and try to feel my hand. Then I recognize my groups if I feel heat or something a little bit electric. There are days in which other parts of my body react too, like my face, or my chest. Depending of the topic, sometimes I feel unease or excited about that group. However, I've learn that for me it happens either when I could hear some truth that I am on denial, or if I am sure of the answer and I needed some confirmation. For example, during the meditation part I visualized the number 1 but felt strongly called to the colors of the picture of the second group. So, I ask for guidence about which group should I watch first, and I felt more sure about Group 2. As you could imagine, it isn't a fast method. It could take a bit of time, and there are days in which I need to step out of the reading. Later, when I try to choose again, usually it gets easier. This is very personal and long message (sorry about that). I've been doing this for the last couple of years. I encourage that everyone takes the time to honour their personal unique process too.
