This is a great example of what happens when we fail to process an entire play and react. Just look at the balance of the lead when his whistle goes off, he is leaning and off balanced. When we look at the play, the offensive player (smaller player) launches himself into the taller player who is able to lift his hands to the ball. The contact after getting to the ball should be deemed marginal. However, the lead reacts to this play vs making a decision.
