I used this video 15 months ago to fix my washer, so I am very pleased with this man's work here. Unfortunately, I am returning to the video to fix it again for what seems like the same problem. I think the replacement part I obtained was probably not very good quality.

Thank you for being so thorough. I had the same codes F7E5. I replaced my shifter sensor and pulley assembly, recalibrated it, and it still won't agitate. Any ideas?

@@daltonbelcher6539 I replace mine and it was easy only because the manual and it's right there exactly where he said it was. I have the wtw5000dw2 the manual is on the left top corner you have to undo some screws in the back about 5 maybe 6 so you're able to slide the top forward and then you go up and go back a little and up

Then u messed up and can't get them back . Never erase or calibrate machine B4 u write down codes . U just have to wait till machine throws the code again while running a cycle like normal when washing clothes that's the only way to get the codes back

The only light I have on is the sensing.
