These 2 builders are the most requested on the channel! Which one do you like best?

Marcus I am so happy that you put these two builders together.Both does a fabulous home .My favorite builder is Toll Brothers by far.They build a fabulous home, and I am here for it all. thank you for sharing all this fabulousness with us.😍

Both winners!🎉🎉❤ Each home has its magnificent piece to it. However, being mobility challenged (wheelchair), I'm not a fan of the kitchen cabinets going up to the ceilings. Would definitely have to figure that part out. Just asking...what is the weather like?❤

I like Perry Homes front view design with double entrance doors. Inside, they are all beautiful and units.

Toll Brothers and Perry Homes are both beautiful builders. Toll Brothers definitely looks like the winner here but I think the amount of upgrades factors in. The Toll Brothers had many more upgrades in their model.

Wow!

Toll Brothers are as good as the contractors they employ to build their homes. I have so many friends with Toll Brothers homes and the verdict is....don't get caught up on esthetics/cosmetics-however look at the quality of the product closely. All Toll Brother's homes are not equally yoked. I guess that can be said for all of the home builders.

Sometimes, some builders may rush the house to meet deadlines which compromises quality. I suggest always getting a FULL home inspection, even for new construction, prior to closing. It will reduce headaches down the road!

I'm so tired of the wagon wheel chandelier, it's over used!

The one thing I don't see out of all other youtubers that are realtors. They never show the surrounding neighborhoods. Can you Before you start showing the actual house for sale, can you show video of the surrounding neighborhood conditions? This will give us a better idea where we're going to live by. It is not cool to show a very nice neighborhood close to some poor condition. Neighborhoods, this actually will affect the value of the house. I heard the most dangerous places to live in Texas is as follow: Amarillo, Beaumont, Odessa, Donna, San Antonio, Cleveland, Lubbock, Bellmead, Humble & Dallas except the North side crime rate is high in these areas from murders, rape, theft ect...

Absolutely, I can certainly do that! The thing to remember is that these builders build a particular plan in various locations. So what happens is people have the assumption that this is where this plan is exclusively located, when in fact they build this model in multiple locations. The builder just chose to build a particular plan in a community to show but is available in sometimes 10-20+ different communities. I’ll definitely work on it though 👍

Nobody wins. Are they nice homes? Yes, they are very nice, but I don't know what is with the obsession with putting the tv above the fireplace. It really limits what you can do with the livingroom. L

@housetoursinternational Don't get me wrong, I like fireplaces. However, the best living room layouts are the ones that incorporate a fireplace without you having to lay your furniture around it i.e. limiting what size TV you can buy or what kind of seating arrangements can fit properly. Personally, I think this is unacceptable for newly built homes. Its like you just bought a 1 mil house but you can only fit a 55" TV and sometimes even smaller because the fireplace is not big enough? What kind of bs it that. The worst homes are the ones with small living rooms and no room for a TV other than above a huge fireplace. I have been to a few homes where I am literally breaking my neck just to watch some football. I like homes that put fireplaces to the side or on a different wall. This seem more like a recent trend honestly.

Please stop with the wagon wheel chandeliers. Awful……. Have to say, love both floor,plans.

Toll Brothers took this one. They usually ate my fav.That Perry Home was gorgeous as well . Loved the front double door entrance and stair case but the Toll Brothers house stood out more .

@@housetoursinternational I’m not trying to be rude to you; I’m very upset with all these mass builders; they are using same ways of building houses last 100 yrs; but no improvements… They will cut any corners to save a penny. I do understand on saving the cost; but when a homeowners are spending so much money to buy a house; use a quality windows, insulation, doors. All interior walls; if you coughed from inside; you can hear everything on outside… tell me if this is a good quality? I was a former builder in custom home..

Yeah, same with old track builders, low quality materials, builders grade, but I guess that’s what you get for this price these days. Everything time I think about upgrading to a better house I think to myself that the materials they use now is less of a quality than what I have now for twice the cost. SMH.
