got them both, ultra male is ultra sweet but more addictive, eros is more versatile and more manly, everybody will like eros, not everyone will like ultra male but those who do will adore it

Man I like honesty. When you said they both have been reformulated. You are one that speaks truthfully about the fragrance reformulation a lot of the reviewers won't dare say a bottle has been reformulated don't know why . But keeping it real is the only way to do it

I would say go for Ultra male first, but not just because it's one of the sexiest and seductive fragrances out there, but also because it's discontinued and harder to find now.

Personally I get more performance with Ultra Male, at least 13-14 hours just on skin and UM does become very masculine in the later drydown. Compliments both are one of the very best there's no saying one is better than the other, however Ultra Male is more Playboy in the style of Magic Mike, pure seductive dirty sweetness with masculinity - especially very suitbale for the winter days and nights. Eros EdT/EdP is great as well but you lose interested in the scent because of the intense minty citrus opening and early dry down often when there's UM that is just addictive, always you and the ladies can't stop smelling it. Though, Stronger With You beats both of them easily.

Why this one has a black bottle not blue or dark blue ?

Between these two you need Versace as a daily. The other is way too powerful for office settings and everyday wear, some even say the Eros is but I disagree.

Sad, but most fragrances now suck in longevity and sillage, unless you start collecting niche, like me. Pay for what you get, unfortunately. Been in this game over 30 years, and the changes are to the point of stupidity

If you have the $ then go for YSL Y edp, ADG Profondo and Dior Homme Intense. if you're on a budget then go for Fergamo F Black, Club De Nuit by Armaf edp and Bentley intense. My experience is that Bleu De Chanel always pulls more compliments for me, regardless the concentration. Maybe it's because everyone has Profumo so many people just have become accustom to the smell?

@@abdallahzahi eros flame isnt better than the original. And ultra male smells too feminine that i returned it. Also ero edp is stronger than edt version but it lacks tonka bean so it smells more mature

i would say none , buy somwthing unique

Jpg is more beast if you want the real beast mode go for jpg ultra male

EDT lasts longer. Parfum version is more complex, deeper and slightly different.

There is almost no difference between EDT and EDP of Versace Eros. The EDT is a bit mintier and the EDP highlights the green Apple notes. I like both of them but EDT imo has a more original dna.

My all time favorite! I wish I could find a cheaper option but nothing smells as good to me. JubilationXXV is my 2nd favorite, also same story with looking for something cheaper that smells as good. If anyone knows of something please share and thanks in advance!!!

Amouage is my go to house when ever I sign up for a subscription service, like scentbox or royalty scents ( my opinion the best for high end cologne). With them you can get 2 a month for $36. They have almost all the high end houses, like Creed, Tom Ford, Chanel, Bond #9, and many others. One a month is $20 for 8ml with new holder (really nice) each time.

Ultra male is very sexy on my skin tho! It was super sweet on paper but when I put it on my skin it exudes this animalic sweetness and I fell in love! Sometimes it's so fascinating how a perfume changes from paper to skin!

I don’t like the atomiser of eros, it can’t be controlled easily and spray too much on one point

Haha i wanted to ask "What do you think about EDP" and then saw the description :D You knew what was coming :D I don't agree that EDP is longer lasting tho if you get 12h from EDT. I get like 6 or maybe rarely 8 at max when putting my nose as close to the skin. :D Never used EDT.

I like Eros Flame over either of these.

You can’t see the difference between ultra male and le parfum bottles when they are full. Both looks black. When they are empty you can clearly see ultra male is dark blue and le parfum black.

I have both 2019 and 2021 batch of eros and let me tell you 2021 batch is ass the smell is very diluted and doesn’t perform more than 2 hours if you want the 2019 batch buy a tester you’ll not regret

Depends on the scenarios, but for average wear, you could probably pull off 3 sprays for both of them without making people uncomfortable or offending them. They’re both still very loud, even with reformulation. I wouldn’t go above 3 personally.

A big factor is skin chemistry. Some people complain Prada Luna Rossa Carbon only last 2-3 hours on them but on myself, it last 8 solid hours with a strong projection. All depends on skin chemistry imo! Came to realize that with a lot of the fragrances i have.

I think there may be batch variations. But I also think the most important factor in deciding if you will get moderate or bad performance is skin chemistry. Eros can smell quite different across individuals. I also think some people go nose blind to it or think that the wrist spray test is a good idea. Always apply to the neck and sometimes as an addition clothes.

Eros is great

I would not buy any of these. Reformulated and do not perform like before. When these companies start bringing back the performance to these great fragrances I will gladly spend my money again. Till then, they can keep their skin scents. These companies are very sneaky. They should put a note on the boxes stating that a reformulation has taken place. Be honest and open with the consumer. But they don’t even have the decency to do that. Screw them
