Jordan’s almost perfect fundamentals are never mentioned. Footwork, hand-eye coordination. Combine that with amazing athleticism, 4.3 speed, huge hands and and an absolute dog mentality….there’s nothing like him.

I wish someone could make like a 10 min video comparing LeBron’s game vs Michael Jordan’s game. It would be a comedy show to be honest with you. Someone just watch LeBron trying to create his own shot. The dude has no footwork. He travels half the time. Stumbles on his own foot sometimes. (No joke). No shot. Also, more than 80% of his shots have come off assisted layups and dunks.

@@letmetellyousomethin9410 I think not enough ppl who know their hoop understand. Jordan’s game was so tough. Absolute mastery, jump shot, footwork, head fakes, first step, cat like speed, ball control, switching hands, finishing. Just the awareness is unmatched. Miles ahead of lebrons game. On both ends, and did it relentlessly every night. Its funny whenever the debate is brought up that the only part brought up is career achievements and not the skill difference between the two. Let’s be real, the debate isn’t actually even close. Just makes for fun talk to most.

Unless people got to witness the Jordan era, they shouldn’t be able to have an opinion on the goat debate. MJ was not human and you felt his presence and everyone, I mean everyone feared that man. Anyone who says Lebron is the goat, obviously didn’t get to witness true dominance and consistency that Jordan showed. Nobody was even close to being named in the same breath as MJ. Lebron is a beast. But he isn’t and can never be what MJ was. Even if Lebron wins another couple rings, that won’t change anything. Lebron has far too many L’s. Jordan didn’t even know what an L was.

Vernon is right about winning 5 out of 6 during the first 3-peat of the Bulls, but it's not true the Rockets dominated also the years before. In the three seasons from 1987 to 1990 it was 4-2 for the Bulls. Also, we can imagine they would work on a tactical plan to find the answer against Hakeem if they played Houston in the finals. Another clue is Houston had a very hard time with the Knicks, even harder than Chicago had in the previous years' Eastern playoffs. So, the best answer is we just don't know. Yes, the Rockets would have a chance to win, but MJ was MJ.

What wasn't he good at? He could, rebound, score, steal, best mid range shooter and played great defense. One year he had to play point guard for the majority of that season and averaged almost 10 assists and still scoring almost 30 points a game. MJ was one of the top shooting guards with most rebounds and steals. He was a decent 3 point shooter at 32.5 percent. He shot nearly 50 percent from the field. Led the league in scoring 10x. What wasn't he good at?

As a Magic fan I spent the season dreading Jordan. The only year I felt good was when Jordan retired for the first time. Then it was dread until he left again. Shaq had the best line, when Shaq knocked Jordan out of the air, Shaq went to help him up, Jordan refused Shaq and told him you never help them back up.
