Girl has seen some horrible shit in her life, its why her eyes got cursed to be pitch black like an alien's eyes, she saw something that was not meant for mortal eyes to see, or at least someone like her to see. Anyway, even an elf like her needs something to make the memories fade away for a short time. and since the Warhammer world doesn't have shrinks or psychiatric medication to help people through their mental trauma, the best they got is Alcoholic drinks.

@@ludvigwatte4924 All elves prefer wine over any other type of alcoholic beverage, because they see it as refined and sophisticated, because they see themselves as being superior to all other races and therefore are refined and sophisticated as well, Course the three sub-factions of elves all hate each other so they likely never miss a chance to trash talk their wine as much as they trash talk each other. They likely say that Dark Elves lace their wine with poison or blood, while wood elves put LSD or fermented mushrooms in their wine, while the Asur put spells on their wine to make it taste better. Basically anything to insult their cousins because they all hate each other.

Saltzpyre is truly one of the most magnanaman characters I know

Most witch hunters would kill the elf and wizard pretty much on sight, and Gk Kruber for treason, idk about the dwarf, Saltzpyre is very Liberal, so much so that other Witch Hunters avoid questioning his ways.

Going from listening to Kruber talk about his dead brothers in arms to doing a Saltzpyre impersonation was a system shock I didn't expect

Kruber’s impression of Saltzpyre is about a tier better than my own, but your animation of him is (as always) top!

Saltzpyre is the nicest witch hunter in the Warhammer universe. This proves it further.

The facial animations are phenomenal! Funny as hell, too. Great work as ever!

I like how this suggests that Sienna and Bardin are the responsible adults on any drunken spree of the Ubersreik Five (or Four, doesn't matter), Bardin because he's barely drinking for dwarven standards, and Sienna because she doesn't actually get to drink anything, despite multiple attempts.

More recently, a female Chinese inquisitor very similar to Saltzpyre appeared in a game named For Honor. It would be cool to see them both in your animations.

Such a brutal life , getting drunk is a rare bit of relief of some of their stress fighting a hopeless cause for a dying world. Its weird but I almost feel like they are real, in some other universe maybe.

I like how Salt was pretty much comatose until Kruber like, activated him with the mocking. Like he was so drunk he was on standby mode.

I love that out of everything they could've made Kerillian. They make her a fucking red wine drunk.

It's shit like this that shows why Darktide flopped while Vermintide was a success. The moment you take away the story of a friendship between unlikely allies and replace with random unknown prisioner #534131, you CAN'T have the same level of banter. It feels generic because the characters ARE generic in the first place.
