thinking about getting into this one since it's so much more difficult then darktide. Do you know the main difference/have any tips? it felt weird to play (played darktide then vermintide 2 then went back to darktide after getting to like level 20 something on grail knight)

The biggest differences for me after playing both is 1. Movement: You don't have access to sprinting, sliding, back sliding but what you do have is a lot more control over hordes because of how the AI attacks during hordes. There are several movements Tech's that vermintide have from attack canceling to walk faster to block attacking, surfing on bosses(that's a bit harder to do) 2. Crafting: It's very straightforward, 5 tiers of gear that you can either upgrade or craft. You get upgrade material from scrapping gear but I like this games version of crafting and upgrading and re rolling a lot more than dark tides 3. hordes: up till champ you can really play the game on auto pilot, but use veteran and recruit as stepping stones to learn how to Dodge when you have individual enemies because enemies don't track to where your standing (unless host) they track you from where you used to be. As far as tips I'm it really the best unless it's "in the moment" cause tips are very situational for me but some I can think off 1. Don't listen to people on what's good and bad, everything can be used even on the highest diff if you know how to use it. 2. Not all thp gain is the same, always go for the cleave/stagger thp unless your running a specific build 3. Have fun (I did say I was bad at giving tips)
