Gorgeous but disappointing. Feels like a rather monotelematic, lifeless experience. Why not sweat the actual practical need of the struggling shopkeeper, the weary grandmother, and the bored teenager before dreaming up a sexy "bidirectional" case? By the way, if all you've got is a planimetric map in elevation facing northwest and southeast (ooh, on the other side), what if where I need to go is straight south? I'm not impressed. I'd expect a lot more from frog.

* Most of us don't have induction charging. Did you design this for the 1%, or for investors, or for everyone? What in the world's wrong with a couple of armored cables with plain USB, micro USB, Apple, etc.? You can make a nice harness that is easy to R&R. Did you even look at an old pay phone? * If someone's attacking me, I'm never going to find the 911 button under that hood. The only person who's going to find it is someone who's already been victimized multiple times and learned the hard way. * Your 911 is not revolutionary. Pushbutton 911 has been available for years in the most privileged areas of the country. Now, how are you going to get it into Harlem with all the rest of that payload? * The big screen features advertisements. Who controls and designs the advertisements, JCDecaux? If so, I'm leaving. Where's the provision for letting my granddaughter advertise her lemonade stand around the corner for the day? * You didn't "click on the Life is Beautiful," it was an interaction error on the part of the touchscreen. You tried to scroll and it selected. This looks like just another nail in the coffin of trust among users for the ubiquitous kiosk. A rush to market with a sexy, pricey cabinet but poor execution. You missed the boat.

@@PeteZelchenko Being in the digital signage field for more than 9 years now, I have to agree with you on most of the points. First thing that made me look away is how sluggish that touch interface or, could be, overlay is.
