Interesting! Thanks for the video. I recently got the exact same thing (same box) but my speed is capped at 300mbps. What plan are you on? How are you getting so much faster speeds? Verizon's offer even states it's only up to 300mbps.

My friend. Strongest suggestion to you. Connect your devices to the Verizon 5G Home Gateway Modem/Router/Whatever. You're still connected to your Spectrum. If it's an innocent mistake then it will stand on it's own. But if you purposely went out of your way to pull a fast one on us then the only fool here is you. Cheers 🍻
