Man this was so genuine and informative. You rock dude, your advice at the end was the most wonderful part of the video. To stop peeking around at the bars, where people wandering on paths meet briefly in flesh and lust, and instead continue on your dharmic path - that's where you'll find a woman who supports your life goals (navamsha) and whom you'll warm up to naturally from the heart's organic courage (saptamsha.) It is on the lower part of the chart calculator, the one with the 7 in the middle is saptamsa, the one with the 9 the navamsa. Planets aspect to some degree everything except from 0-30 from themselves, the 150 degree point, and from 300-360 behind them.

Hi, yes, I do Vedic astrology full time. And yes, Venus conjunct sun is afflicted for relationships, however, it can be good depending on other factors, for success.

After watching the Jupiter than this video, in light of a couple I counseled, they both truly are in sync and especially to what you say a woman and man can do when debilitated in their charts. This was not only confirming but also eye opening for me to really see what had transpired within that couple's relationship, in hindsight. Thank you!

Hi Jogo, gay individuals tend to look for both Venus and Jupiter, but not equally. The more masculine of the two will generally be looking for Venus more and the more feminine Jupiter more. But just consider both of them and see the strengths and weaknesses.

Different mantras can be said at different times based on the planetary periods, so mantra works hand in hand with astrology. We can determine mantras from the chart. But also mantras can be determined without the chart. Like all things, they can be done with astrology.

+Ernst Wilhelm Do you know what's funny. How the personality manages to change on the way the planets are placed in charts. It's really amazing! I checked out the date for the guy I used to date and am still seeing although I broke it off because initially when we first met I didn't feel much for him, just a little attraction, nothing to go crazy over. When I am in his presence, though I really don't want to be; I get sleepy around him. No joke! and I ask myself why? I looked at his chart He has Venus in Aries in Rasi chart, In 6th house Cancer in D7 and in 2nd house in the sign Leo. I'm focused on God at this time of my life and I don't have a steady job or income. I do feel like a burden to him and it's one of the reasons why I left him. We try for the relationship but it just doesn't seem to work. Our desires and differences separate us. I thought he knew that until he came looking for me again. He's a great friend and person but I just can't be vibrant and awake around him No matter how I try to be... but that's the way the cookie crumbles.

The dharma of an individual is based on who he is and that is the AK planet, the planet with the AK (both in rasi and navamsa) and planets in the Pada. Those are the prime planets to look at. Secondarily, planets in the Upapada, and thirdly, planets in the lagna, the lagna lord, in the 10th and the 10th lord.

I think Karakas (indicators) such as Jupiter for husband in a woman's chart and Venus in Man's chart for the wife are important as Ernst indicates. But the lordships are more important. For instance, if a woman has a strong 7th house and lord then even if Jupiter is ill-placed it will still be fine. From what I can gather Lordships count for 2/3 and indicators 1/3.

i think u should make a Wikipedia of all famous person in astrology like a site database of astrological point of view , with chart ,why did become famous actors, singes,entrepreneur , invent,discover ,go through trouble ,financial,family,kids .success and loss . if u make it possible it will be able to attract people to astrology more , and see how cool it is

That is a tricky combination and will do a lot of different things depending on the lagna, but one with always with that combination is that Jupiter Dasa will be difficult . Mercury will be okay, and all Venus dasa will be great.

I used sidereal calculation different Ayanamsa but I cannot apply the parashra or Gemini rule directly ... as to consider many assumption ...but when we read through your chart ... the old Vedic laws can apply directly .... It uses tropical rasis with sidereal nakshatras but not with Lahiri Ayanamsa, but a different sidereal ayanamsa. For more info on that read the paragraph and follow the link above the chart calculator.

What if you have Venus in 3rd House Virgo (debilitated) in Rashi chart, however Venus is in Ascendant Taurus (wide-awake) in D-7, and Venus is in 4th House Pisces (wide-awake, exalted) in the D-9?

Yes, your past relationships will reflect the problems indicated by Venus.

I'm already in my (sleeping) Jupiter Dasha but my Mahadash is Mercury which rules both my 2nd and 11th house. Jupiter sits in 11th house. Is that possibly good or better? (even though Jupiter and Mercury are enemies) Thanks again!

Hi Ernst, the man I’m in love with has his Venus in Leo, as do i, but curiously, i am opposite of how you described Venus in Leo, I’m loyal, committed, passionately loving and devoted. Yes, I do have my Own spotlight that also requires support, but I am good at discerning time & when. And I really do love partnerships and working together on the same goals. This isn’t bc i have matured to this, I’ve always been this way when it comes to love partnerships. Perhaps, my 7th house being packed and my Jupiter is in the First House, making relationships my main focus 🥰

Yes, you need to do that too to time marriage, see what happens to the spouse, etc. But to see how much the spouse can do to make your life better it is the Venus and Jupiter and DK that matters the most.

But if Venus is sleeping in the 3 neighboring signs of Cancer, Leo and Virgo, since Venus is never too far from the sun, it would mean that most if not all men with Leo sun would have a sleeping Venus. as well as 2/3 of men with Virgos Suns, and about 2/3 of men with Cancer sun. Somehow, it doesn't seem fair that men born during the summer would have the worst Venus... Would that be some combustion effect of the global sun (Summer time) on Venus?

BelAge Yes, that is so. The sun and Venus are mutual enemies so its hard to be strong in 1 and not weak in the other. Strong sun is about making sacrifices for the bigger picture, so it rarely supports the worldly fulfillment that Venus can give.

While that is true, you have to check venus in the D7 and D9 as well and that can easily make up for it.

It seems aries, and Scorpio would have the best chances of getting an awake VENUS while still having a Sun supported by a friends sign. Aries has taurus and pisces on either side while scorpio has libra next to it. That seems the best chances to get a supported Sun with a awake that isn't combust. I wonder if there's a reason for that. Even Leo doest get that lucky most of the time. I'm guessing because Sun in Mars signs tend to focussing on their inspirations and goals with discipline. Maybe.

@@ErnstWilhelm I no longer buy the idea that the sun and Venus are mutual enemies. Since these planets are never too far from each other - never more than 2 signs apart- they are astrological companions, not enemies. Of course, anything coming too close to the sun can combust and that is true of any planet.

This is very interesting, since I have Venus & Midheaven in Pisces.

So if i'm doing this correctly, venus in taurus for D9(+60), venus in aries for D7(+30), Saturn to venus aspect is +44 points, moon to venus aspect is -38, mercury conjunct venus in rasi is +60 points, and mars aspect venus is +39 but mars doesn't count. So total is +156 points. Is this correct? Aspects and conjunctions only count for rasi chart if I'm interpreting you correctly.

I Dig everything you're saying but the way you put it seems like the odds are really low for connecting with the right person. Especially since many do not know this method of matchmaking. All of the negative things you described I've experienced with my past partners none of their Venus have been awake all of them give me new experiences but never understood my vision. I've always feel under dominant energy.

Ernstji, what is the effect if Venus is at 8 degree conjunct with ketu at 11 degrees in the leo fourth house. Is the wife a vishakanya?

Sun will hurt Venus, Mercury will help. Then add in the aspects, if it is just Moon, then Venus has a deficit - but not ruined due to Mercury being there, but you still need to check the placement of Venus in the D7 and D9.

Good video . I am pretty clear with your technique but I have a confusion while using your chart . Where my Venus is placed in 11 house if I count from Asc but the house numbered on the cusp is 6 in my D9 chart . Which one I should consider that my Venus place 11 from my D9 Asc or 6 from my D9 Asc ?

Its in 11th from asc. Its in the same navamsa as the 6th cusp navamsa, so it will impact the 6th. So the cusps for all the bahvas are calculated just as is the lagna for the D9.

Wow, my girlfriend is in the sleeping signs. This described it completely correct.

No, they are often not single because they have a 7th house strong enough to manifest a relationship, but they have to learn to curb their expectations for what their spouse will provide, provide that to themselves, and enjoy the other things that the spouse does provide. Then also remember to check the DK planet as per the other video.

New thought: I remember looking Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward-- neitherJupiter for Joanne nor Venus for Paul are particularly good, but their marriage was strong so they seem to find each other equally fulfilling. So I think perhaps Venus for a man shows how much he looks up to his lady, and Jupiter for a woman shows how much she respects her guy. So when the strength of these two planets are largely comparable (equally good or equally bad), you have a good marriage; when one is noticeably stronger than the other, there's power imbalance and hence divorce etc (Brad Pitt situation comes to mind)

Padma Raga Paul Newman has publicity stated that he had spent many nights on the couch or kicked out of the house entirely. Which means he was cheating or just difficult to live with. They may have stayed married but it was not a perfect marriage.
