i really relate to this video. i’m a leo rising w venus 1H, ever since i was a kid other girls would call me ugly meanwhile a lot of boys would want to talk to me. i also received tons of attention. as i got older (around middle school) i started letting peoples words get to me and truly believed i was ugly and un-feminine, so i started hiding myself (wore “unflattering” clothing) and became so depressed that i stopped taking care of myself (basic tasks like hygiene) but still i received attention which bothered me considering how insecure i was. after some time, i’ve been working on myself (mentally) and i feel beautiful again and i’m truly embodying it!

I had that exact same experience, except my plot twist was That loved myself even more and became more beautiful and learned self love through feeling torn down by others words. Self love truly is the key🥰 I have Venus in my 1H, and its true that I struggled with self worth for as long as I could remember. I also can safely assume that people think that I’m shallow. Ngl, the seductive traits are also present😂 But through learning Astrology and Psychology, I managed to become aware of my unhealthy tendencies and have started to accept myself better. It feels empowering when you take back your power🙏

That envy from others hit home. I mentioned this on another channel with the topic of Venus in the 1st and I was met with a lot of hostility about me needing to look deeper into myself, yada yada yada. I have Venus and the sun in the first house and I get met with a lot of envy/hostility mainly from women. I have mars in Taurus in the 4th and I was wondering if that placement had a lot to do with it.

My man has Venus in his 1st house in Cancer (rising Gemini). When we first met, there certainly was an instant attraction, but for me I was particularly entranced by him. The way he walked was attractive. His voice was sexy. His hands were so big and strong. I found him quite literally irresistible. But his expression in all this beauty was actually quite retracted. He was humble and didn't really know he was handsome. He had a soft gentleness to him, bursting with charm and appeal but still with that Cancerian delicacy.

@@bribri4551 This doesnt mean icing on the cake Venus is your chart ruler therefore where ever she is located will dictate how you go about expressing your ascendant and what areas of life fuels your taurean desires also a chart ruler dictates in what area of life youll be dedicating the signs energy to. When a planet becomes a chart ruler it takes on whole different meaning.

Libra rising here! My Venus isn’t here, but I still resonate with this especially with the learning to accept myself. Growing up, I had a parent that would downplay my feminity and it messed with self esteem big time. I didn’t like attention from guys so I would wear layers or sweats to hide my curves (didn’t stop them from talking to me haha). I would walk with my head down a lot too as if to shield me from the world. It took years to accept and embrace what being a woman means and I love it!

Wow so accurate! i’m not a libra rising, but i’m a pisces venus in the 1st house and my family tried to downplay my beauty too! My cousins/siblings would flaunt about how they loved their features and how they thought they were pretty, but when I did it, it was a problem. My grandma even told me once that just because I had green eyes I wasn’t special and that there were plenty of girls in the world who looked like me. So now even though I get called beautiful by many i’m very humble. And I get uncomfortable and confused when people flaunt themselves or just simply show off. 🙁

Hannah so excited to see Venus in first video. I've got a burning qn I've not found answer anywhere to. Does Venus in first man get along with Venus in Aries? As in drawn to that bold warrior energy of Aries? I find Venus in first descriptions have nothing to do with Venus Aries at all. Unlike Venus in other signs. Eg Venus in any other house tends to be similar to the sign that corresponds to that house. However this doesn't seem to be true for Venus in Aries
