Venture Re-discovers Southeast Alaska. Episode 8
In this video we pass through Peril Strait to visit more remote anchorages before returning to Sitka from where, following a change of crew, we turn north to explore Chichagof Island.

Thank you Tony and crew for your beautiful video's. if I had my life to live over again I would find a way to sail the open waters like you and your crew do. What a blessing it must be to enjoy the landscape from the waters edge and I'm so blessed to view these video's, It makes me feel like I'm there with you. Thank you for sharing. MC.
Wonderful...time for a glass of wine and a rewatch. Thank you for these wonderful videos.
I feel so grateful to see the world through a screen. When I was a little girl I thought if I broke the screen maybe I could go there.
Fantastic journey cruising along with you! Thank You!
Thank you SO much for these awesome videos. They truly inspire me to explore more!
Thank you again 👌👍
The derelict barge is part of Alaska's story! It was a beautiful contrast to the surroundings😊.

Actually, I agree!
Thank you Tony. I always look forward to these magnificent videos. I truly appreciate the effort you put into filming, editing and scripting these wonderful experiences.
You have a gift and bless you for sharing it with us.
Beautiful, as always !
Thank you for another excellent video.
Cruising around submerged rocks looked terrifying. Amazing scenery though. Another superb film Tony.
Beautiful production, magnificent motor yacht.😊
I enjoy your videos so much, they’re so beautiful and I get to see places that I know I’ll never get to go. You do everything perfect. Thank you so much.❤
so as a retired person, I do love watching your videos and there have been a few well worth it. I dare say there would be many people who would love to travel around these places. Thanks again Tony great videos as always
Wonderful narration.
This is my favorite yacht. I've looked at Nordhavn's and others but the Fleming is just fantastic!🛥
Thank you for taking us on your adventures. You have stirred " wanderlust" in my soul once again.
I am retired and have lost the use of my legs. Not complaining by any means. I watch your videos and listen to your narration, I already had the smells and mist in my eyes. I really can not thank you enough.. peace to you…

I am very sorry to hear that you have been handicapped but I am humbled and greatly moved by your comment which encourages me to continue and try harder in the future. Good luck!
Thank you for sharing amazing videos and taking us along on this magnificent journey. Words cannot describe the feelings I have seeing the beauty of Alaska.
Wonderful cruise report! By far the most smooth cruising channel on YT. We notice there are never technical problems on the boat, whatever the circumstances are. Magnificent timeless vessel with a very skilled crew exploring the scenery. I wish that sailing area wasn't that far from the EU. 👌
Lovely Vlog... Thankyou once again.
Thank yo for sharing, great video
😄I always chuckle when the cruising guide reads "holding is good if you set your anchor well".
Your videos are nourishment to the soul.
Another wonderful video. Just beautiful.
I look forward to your beautiful adventures. I thank very much!
Another very wonderful video. I hope you and your crew have more wonderful adventures in store this year.
Excellent, as always. I wonder how much of SE Alaska we will be able to explore in our Ranger Tugs R-29. We always keep an eye out for opportunities as we watch these lovely videos.
Your videos are just amazing. Thank you for sharing.
Absolutely beautiful, thank you so much for sharing your adventures 🇬🇧
Great video. Great to see you up there. Awesome drone work Captain Chris!
My favorite episode of last 5. Camera work was awesome.
Wasn't there a Venture II? I must have missed something. Either you went back to the old boat or dropped the II on the new one. In any case, you should be Oscar-nominated for these wonderful productions.
The west coast is incredible. I can see why you keep going back
Please get 4k cameras. $4 million boat and voice deserve more than a $ 100 camera. I love watching these and the older ones, 💙
there is only one complaint about your videos, THEY END. Thanks again for a bright spot in a gloomy world
Thank you Tony.
Enjoying The Ride, Rockn ChaiR❤😂🎉😢😮😅T/U~
I Keep hoping for the LOTTO, thanks Tony
Wonderful video Tony..... :-))
Wow that's awesome good job ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍👍👍💞💞💞🇹🇹T&T🇹🇹📸📸😍😍😍😎😎🎣🎣🎣
Whats for dinner love? Oh, Salmon again!
Great video Tony. Always wonder how much time is spent in the pilot house versus up on the fly bridge particularly thinking about the northern latitudes?
Love all your videos. Thank you, Tony. What is the full name of the Douglas guidebook that you mentioned in this video?

It is called "Exploring the Inside Passage to Alaska." You can find it on Amazon,. You may also be able to get it from Waggoner who also have very good guide books.

Sheesh, I wonder how much 830 gallons costs ??
Did I hear that correct that this was the first fuel stop since Oak Bay? As in Oak Bay, BC (coincidentally my hometown). That's a long ways from Sitka if so.
Why are your 13 minute videos so short? Masterfully done, as always.

It takes roughly 2 hours of editing time for every minute of run time so I can devote more effort to shorter videos plus I find that more people watch the shorter videos.

It was tongue-in-cheek. The work to produce these is something beyond my patience, Tony. Your videography and narration is first class. Thank you!

Did you see the story about the Hawaiian charter company that bought a yacht and crashed it on the rocks. Funny thing is, it was the seller which got screwed. Must have been all in-kind payments. And now the charter company is sunk.
Oh is the top and the hull white or is that cream on all your boats? Just curious !! the reason is all that I’ve seen is either all white or cream was there any of your boats made with color and if so, what color? Thanks

The boats are all a custom off-white colour. Any boat you may see that are dark blue etc have been painted by their owners.

Are all the Flemings you sell white on top just curious?

I am not sure what you mean by "white on top" but we only build boats which are white in colour,
