Fat Tony Yeah true that's why its better to get a mixed dog that's not been inbreed with the same bloodline. Bull dogs have the same issue knock off about 6 years off their life. I'm not saying these have been bred with the same bloodline by the way, I've seen staffs and bull dog breath like they are snorting, German Shepard's with weak hind legs when they get older.

No, Bullyz can have, and do have more muscle than pits, hence the title Bullyz. It also depends on the pairing(AKA the genetic makeup of the parent dogs) Wow! Just like Humans, two fat people have a kid, the kids genetics are pre-engineered for them to be fat. Same works for skinny, or muscular.

I just had the privlidge of meeting Venom in Deleware this past weekend and I must say he was everything I would want in an american bully and more. I spent time with Venom and got the pleasure of walking him. Matt thank you for putting your trust in me handling your boy. let me say he has no breathing problems and in fact was very healthy for a dog with a short frame and lots of muscle. trust me if you get the chance to meet Venom you will fall in love with that boy.

I just adopted my first American Bully. Classic size, and he’s a wonderful dog. Everyone he’s met have fallen in love with him and never knew about the breed. They just assume they’re pit bulls, and yes are from the pit bull blood line but are far from the energy level Pitt bull terriers have. Nothing wrong with pit bulls if you have the time to make for their energy but American Bully’s are less energetic and are great companion dogs. Amazing this breed has only been around since the 80s/ 90s.

I’ve had a few dogs in the past, German Shepherd, French bulldog, dachshund, and staffordshire terrier. But I can say, without a doubt, the American Pit is the most loyal, and friendly dog ever. I have a 80-lb blue nose that looks like the pit in little rascals. He has a big gray spot around his left eye.

As for the breathing issues which are prevalent in the breed- this video was filmed at 1PM in South Florida with a heat index of close to 100 degrees. He shouldn't have even been outside running in that heat.. But we did for the Video and then hydrated and cooled him off. Venom is in great health, has been DNA Tested and Profiled, health tested and passed with flying colors. We are currently undergoing OFA Certification for hips. There are a lot of bad breeders and poorly bred dogs, but anyone who knows us know how we treat our babies. They all live indoors and sleep in beds, we don't lock them away in kennels. For everyone who has left negative feedback.. it's the internet anyone can say anything, we're not mad at you for it! I can say though, that I've seen him move and he is impressively athletic for his build. I asked about this video because it's definitely not the best of Venom and the owner took him outside and ran him for me. We travel all over for dog shows and it's been years since a dog has impressed my husband and I as much as he did. He really is a must see in person.

Venom is nice one of the best I’ve seen so far.

There are a lot of poorly bred "Micro" bullies but I've seen this dog in person at an ABKC show and he is one of the best American Bullies I've ever seen. I will be definitely be using him in our program. For everyone commenting on his breathing take a look at @Texassizebullies dogs they are some of the best in the country. His productions speak for themselves. They have Pocket Champions and Standard dogs too and they are all healthy, and in my opinion excellent representations of the breed.

I love the fact that they don't have their ears and tails cropped. Me and my wife own an American Bully and I never wanted his ears or tail cropped. I believe it's actually bad for them. The long ears keeps debris out and their tail is there for balance and sometimes it acts as a rudder. He's a year old and he's beautiful and a great companion for my wife when I'm not home.

I don't believe cropping a dogs ears and tail is based on God and faith. Besides some people will research and discover that ears protect the animals ear drums from the elements and their tails are used to stabilize them. Do you like water in your ear? Have you ever had a broken tail bone? One is uncomfortable and the other hurts like a mfer

Madeline Ciresi His health should come first. He seems to have trouble breathing and running/walking as well as other dogs. He _looks_ as though he will have joint issues as he ages. I hope he doesn’t, but that squashed, short, bulky frame causes issues for other types of bulldogs. Even relatively natural dogs can have joint issues due to breeding. I hope the breeder sticks to his word in making sure the dog is healthy and functional. To me, a dog with extreme proportions is not a good looking dog.

I wish this channel would stop sensationalizing pit bull breeders. I have two. I got them from shelters. They were not $500,000 and no one else wanted them. "But this isn't a pit bull, it's an American Micro Bully" That's not a fucking breed, it's just another pit bull mix. Also that dog has been bred to have such an extreme look, he can hardly breathe. That is not "a dog that can run" it's a dog that needs air conditioning or he will have a heat stroke because he is severely brachycephalic.

Couldn't have said it better. In Germany, we call breeds like that "Qualzuchten" which translates to "agony breeds". And that's exactly what especially all these "micro breeds" have to deal with. Agony. Even after a workout, a dog should not have such difficulties to breathe, period.

That dog looks like a genetic deformity. From my point of view it's as if you're intentionally breeding an unhealthy dog that serves no real purpose but satisfying some preference for it's odd aesthetics and stature.

And don’t sit here and try and tell me they don’t because they do. These selfish idiots do this for their own selfish reasons. They could care less about how it affects the dog. But yet they want to act like they love it to death. If they did they wouldn’t be doing this to it or any other dog. And pit bulls were used to be working dogs. This dog couldn’t do any work or it would die. The sucker can barely breath. And for anyone that says it can is a fool. Pit bulls have been changed over time by breeding them with mastiffs and such to get the huge head and bodies. Then these morons want to call them bullies. Sorry but that ain’t what they are.

Sorry I didn't bother to read the whole thing and yes bull dogs were meant for that it's why bull is in the name. Plus breathing problems happened from breeding certain breeds,and they do not have skin problems you just have to not be lazy and bother to groom and clean them.Good day my friend🖕.

Dogs are wolves that were breed to be weaker and are genetic deformities. I still love them tho

For everyone commenting that "this dog is an abomination" and "should never be bred" is confusing Venom with some of the exotic trash and poorly bred dogs. This dog in my opinion (I've seen him in person) is the perfect example of an extreme build Pocket bully. I wouldn't classify him as exotic either. He's shorter than pocket and as short or shorter than the "top exotics" with more bone & head, without the excess skin, breathing issues and can run and move well for his size. Not like an American Pit Bull Terrier but that isn't the breed. There hasn't been a dog that impressed me this much since I saw Louis V & Lucky Luciano for the first time. Doesn't have the long back so many of the exotics have. Best bully in the game imo as soon as my girl hits 2nd heat she's getting that Venom! #TeamVenom

You don't know anything about breed. "Pocket bully" is not a breed, all "American Bullys" are inbreds and a scam. They are very sick and deformed dogs made by unlicensed breeders.

APBT are mixed, just like all the rest. Only consistency makes a breed, but they are all MIXED no matter how you slice it

Interestingly enough, American bullies are AKC recognized whereas the APT isn’t, but they are recognized by the UKC. Had bullies my whole life never knew.

actually, they're a cross designer breed. they arent a deformation, they are bred for bone structure, muscle mass and colour.
