@@LightningNation That’s actually an excellent question. We don’t know that her ribs didn’t break. It’s entirely possible they did and also much worse, like internal bleeding or punctured organs etc. But while being dragged and brutalized by venom she’s in a state of shock as her adrenaline must be spiked. Therefore she seems fine but if venom left or was beaten right then and there and the shock wore off, she would’ve probably succumb to her injuries and most likely have died in a matter of minutes. So ultimately it’s sort of a good thing she was turned into Scream and given symbiotic powers as that probably healed all her injuries and saved her life just like it did Peter.

1:18 the look MJ gives Peter when Harry calls himself in the plural tells she understood the danger ground they are stepping on now.

One was raised in a low to mid income household but taught the value of family, friendship, responsibility, helping others etc while the other was raised in a very high income household with in some versions abuse, neglect, disappointment and taught to rise to the top and be the best at any means necessary. This should’ve caused a divide/conflict between Harry and Peter but this game failed to execute that.

Eddie Brock didn't even exist in the original Venom arc in the comics. Peter gets rid of the black suit and then starts being stalked by "someone". One day he returns home and finds MJ taken hostage by a new bad guy, Venom, who reveals himself as... Eddie Brock? Who? A reporter who supposedly got fired from the Bugle during the Sin Eater case? Yeah, that Brock! Remember the new guy? It was the 90s animated series that actually made him a character before the black suit shows up.

Wow Venom Turned Mary Jane Into A Symbiotic Monster

As much as I like this game, I don't like how the Symbiotes are portrayed as well as the simple and fast they reproduce. In the comics when Venom birthed the Carnage symbiote he sort of knew about it, and Venom explained that parents and offspring do not hold any "family attachments". Also, the attitude and personality of a symbiote is based on the person they first fuse with, and granted that Venom is a bit insane and hurt at Peter, his offsprings are not to be the same, unless their humans/host's personality affects them. Carnage had Toxin, whom melded with a police officer, and though Toxin was violent, it was not evil and had a movie version Venom attitude at basically being seen as a hero.

Insomniac should really make a daredevil,blade,moon knight,ghost rider and hulk game cause I always wondered what a daredevil and blade game would look like

I'm fine with it overall it just is giving me a bit of cognitive dissonance since my brain doesn't think of it as the same person as the first game so when he references something he did before there's a little voice in the back of my head being like "wait wasn't that the other guy?" I'm most of the way done with the main campaign and I definitely don't have a problem with the face in a vacuum but in context of it coming after the first game it just throws me off a bit

I mean deep down MJ is still Harry’s closest friend and before he was revived by Miles, he exhibited remorse for his actions. Can’t really assume he’d go all out. And if he did go all out she could’ve still had broken bones. It’s not like an X-ray of her came up showing she was 100% ok. Can’t really feel much when you go into shock which in this situation, seems like you would.
