Sir, it's kodubale of Karnataka. A very tradional snack of Bangalore, Mysore side. Very happy to see our ಕೋಡುಬಳೆ being taught by you, as you also belong to Karnataka, Udupi. This recipe is exactly the same as explained by my mother and mother in law. Nice. Second thing is it's Byadgi chilli, ಬ್ಯಾಡಗಿ ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ. Like me, many people are watching from Karnataka.
