Sambar is the most complex thing for me... Have been cooking for the past 10yrs but getting that, aromatic n tasty sambar is still a challenge... Followed many chefs recipes but not satisfied with the result.

Made this today fir my bothers and sis in laws. The Sagu was amazing. Very simple recipe and flavourful. I added rava to the puri dough because I prefer crispier puri - came out well. My husband and family enjoyed them.
