As far as i know , I have never seen a person doing so much cooking after becoming the CEO of a chain of hotels . This man has done the most number of internships in this industry . Great going . All the catering aspirants need to learn from Bhat sir .

I live in Korea, parotta is not available here I do not know how to make parotta, My husband wanted to eat parrota so I tried a thousand times but did not come well, after watching the video of chef venkat , i made perfect parotta ...you are my best teacher..Thank you so much sir...

Good recipes sir. If i may suggest... Could you please explore our own ancient Tamil dishes that most people are not aware of. Not to sound or voicing out any controversy , its just i am so curious about lost dishes over time that we once used to eat.

I think I have had your Panipoori today in the Accord Metropole hotel and it was magically good. I even ordered extra. Due to Covid I couldn't make it to India since 2019 but being back here I see again this is fantastic, there is no restaurant that I found in The Netherlands that gets even close to the taste and experience if the Panipoori in your hotel.

1 kg wheat flour quarter kg rava mix with a little salt and knead as a thick dough..roll out as a big chapathi and cut it into small round shaped puris..fry in hot oil ..they use a pinch of soda in shops..u can skip it if u r health conscious
