In most of our families, when we want to engage any cooking group for any function first thing to consider is how tasty the Cooks prepares Rasam ( SAARU ). Sir, I tried Kalyana rasam today. I followed every small thing you mentioned. The only change I did was that I added one baedegi red chili and 3 gundu red chilies. I followed yr tip and did not yield to my temptation to add pepper. Yes, you are right sir. It tasted too good without pepper. It was definitely more tastier than kalyana rasam. Vow. Thank you sir.
