getting those forest heavy spawns with vengir is nice. I like getting T0 warrior, then rushing to forestry T4 so then i can ramp my economy at a somewhat ok rate.

cymanti shaman on capitol: oh so your approaching me? instead of getting catapults your coming right towards me? vengir giant rushing: i can't beat the sh!t out of you without getting any closer cymanti shaman: ho ho then come as close as you like -2 conversion!

Gullyy you should rank the tribes on how fun they are to play as. That would be pretty cool

You did the impossible: You made Vengir win against a higher tier tribe in a larger, isolated map.

GullYY if you capture a city you get the defense bonus, so a 5 health warrior would survive with 1 hp against another 5 health warrior

@@braxtonostermiller9038 At 2:05, GullYY decides to have his warrior recover instead of capturing the city, when he could have captured it instead. He thought the warrior might die if he took the city, but the warrior would survive with 1 hp if Elyrion's warrior attacked it after he captured the city. Under normal circumstances, GullYY's warrior would die. However, the defense bonus given by cities to most units means that a 5 hp warrior can survive an attack from another 5 hp warrior with 1 hp. Thus, GullYY would have gotten the city a turn earlier. For those who say he was afraid of units in the fog, healing his warrior would not change the outcome of a exchange if Elyrion had a unit out of sight but within attacking range of the city. (such as a Polytaur or warrior)

The Yadakk haven’t fully integrated in the vengir government

I love Vengir, but I prefer Xin Xi. Vengir is fun on smaller maps. I love it when I spawn next to someone and rush them with my swordsmen.

Honestly ik u dont like Vengir but they're really good for early game sweeps. Swordsmans do a lot of damage, and if the enemies don't have ready defenders or ranged units, it's an easy win.

Challange: You cant have units. Sell your Starter Unit as fast as you can. you can ONLY use Giants and bunnies. Difficulty: idk Bots: idk Tips: cymanti is really bad here because you Need Ports to have secure population

Also stream sniping almost guarantees bad games

at 2:12, you could have captured the village, because your warrior would have had a defence bonus and survived an attack from the 5hp warrior.

YES! Vengir power! so underrated! edit: while you where playing I relised a mistake you made. You went for the forestry route witch is the 3rd best route to take. the farming route and mining are both better and more reliable. Just in case you do this agian!

In his case, and especially since he was really close to his opponent, forestry was better. He also ended the game pretty fast so it doesn't matter. However, you are right that mines and farms are more consistent. Personally, I prefer the farming route as Vengir, especially on larger maps where I have time to get a decent amount of villages and techs.

forestry is by far the best route for vengir. If your spawn allows for it, you should be rushing forestry on T3 or T4 (i usually delay capturing villages just to get forestry bc it's that important)

@@csantoro7738 yeah the strategy is pretty situational. If you don't have a lot of forests, then you may have to rely on farms for eco.
