Well, in the "game" of love there is no guarentee about the outcome. Feelings of love can hit us suddenly and eventually grow stronger or withers as time passes. If our love is reciprocated we can enjoy this feeling toroughly. Some people are stuck in the past...others in the present. Serap was stuck in the past and did not admit to herself that Baran was in love with Dilan because she came with a purpose...to win Baran for herself. Dilan is stuck in the present and does not know how to proceed as her feelings are in turmoil and she needs clarity.

Most def, he was disappointed with how things turned out with her. I think he will let it go but he needs time to forgive her and forget her behaviour! I liked your comment, I was looking to see if anyone else noticed his goodbye to her. When she came to mansion he was so excited and happy to see an old close friend but the goodbye was more of I need some space from you to get over all this situation. He still respects her and loves her (as a friend) but just needs time to let it go. as you said, he is a man of principles, you can't manipulate him or take advantage of his personal life like that.
