Other than...Ms. Azade is so terribly insecure and fearful even to the degree of outbursts of jealousy displayed with hatred towards Dilan for becoming so extremely important within Baran's heart...everything about Dilan inferiorates Ms. Azade to the very core of her own soul that she is totally consumed with desires to do harm to Dilan continuously...yet there is hope and love prevails...Baran's love continues to grow ever so strongly and deeply towards Dilan, as it was once stated, light overtakes darkness. This character, Ms Azade just may have also possessed a hatred towards Baran's mother...for taking Baran's father from her instead of thoughts of gaining a daughter she felt she was being replaced and no longer his number one female in her son's life. Explains why she wants everyone to feel the pain of grief year after year, rather than cherishing wonderful memories of their mother and helping them to move forward with hope...why else would she not want to celebrate her own grandson's Birthday with something as simple as a Birthday cake to bring him some happiness, joy and comfort, but instead Grandma slaps this small child on his Birthday telling, Cihan, it's blesphemy to even speak of such a thing😭😭😭😭 Yes, this is just a production, however in real life this does take place and all I want to say is, "Shame on you, Grandmother Azade" and all others with this type of behavior in real life.
