Hello, friend. There is a reason for your chronic anger. Do analytical meditation. If you seek a cause, you will find it . Just please be patient. Friend, you are *not* an angry person. It's not your true identity, no matter how much anger is in your mind. Doing breathing exercises and qigong as well. You say your anger is chronic, but is it really? You are not angry every second of the day, even if you think you are. Watch your mind very closely. Wishing you a calmer and a more peaceful mind. You can achieve it. And I wish you everlasting happiness and enlightenment.
