Good review. Sometimes you have to do a gear review to better explain your use for something. Quick and concise and you explained why it works for you!

Love my Gen 4 rig. Used zip ties to secure the bungee cords a certain way to help with moving them out if the way when removing Magpul Gen 3's from the pouches and ended up replacing the H-Harness with an X-Harness that had some more padding. Great rig for an "oh shit someone's in my woods" moment or stowing in a SHTF bag. Personally, I mount a TQ using one of the grommets or whatever they're called at the bottom of the rig, with either 4 mags in the mag pouches or 3 mags with one mag pouch containing a fixed blade knife and trauma scissors, with 2 mags in a GP pouch and either a canteen, IFAK, or etc... in the other GP pouch. Rite in the Rain with pencil in the map pouch, nitrile gloves, leatherman, compass, micro handheld flashlight, and firestarter in the small front pouches.

Nice rig, only con I have with a chest rig is it makes going prone a little uncomfortable, especially if you are prone for an extended amount of time, think of an LP/OP situation. It is definitely doable though, thanks for another great video. Stay frosty man.

Hey man I listed to you on a podcast recently and I just wanted to let you know that's how I found you,I enjoy your stuff and find it really common place and applicable to the people in the "norm" that aren't ready for the more high tier "gun fighter" stuff ,I just want to let you know to try out the brit plce kit ,you might like it,also on certain models of the plce you can strap your burgen side bags onto the back of the plce to make a day pack.

I understand your point but people do fail to realize the your sidearm is your secondary to your primary and you should always have the same amount of ammo for your sidearm. Murphy's Law of Combat always dictates that shit always happen, I a lot of my buddies who are Combat vets wish they had more magazines for their pistol and some did get extra mags for their sidearm.
