the Mystery Inc. was always such a wonderful group to me. they showed that regardless of their differences, they never hated each other or excluded one another for them. they were stronger because of their differences, and they loved and relied on one another. Velma is a show with shallow and hateful characters, with Mindy writing it as a self-insert and using it to take out her frustrations on the world. it just sucks all around.

I agree but when the show literally starts velma states this is an origin story of HOW they became a “wonderful group” & they haven’t been able to develop them into the group we know & love because nobody won’t give the show the chance/opportunity too. episodes 3 shows Velma & Daphne reconciliation of their friendship.
They fr ruined the Scooby Doo franchise with this goofy ahh show

I honestly thought this compilation didn't do justice to how bad the episodes actually are A lot of the cringy scenes were not included

Yeah, I couldn't make it past the first episode. And I was so disappointed because yay! WOC main character! but damn, this is awful! BTW, is that Jazzyguns merch? 😊
It's crazy how they got rid of the man character to make someone else shine, and yet somehow she's still the least interesting character in a show filled with uninteresting characters.

the show is just not good. me and my friend watched the first episode and half of episode two and we were like "Velma is just trying to be like Harley Quinn so bad and it's not working for them." you can't outdo the doer.
I think the total opposite to Velma but still manages to be funny at least to me is ghost stories dub.
The actual show is so much worse than this. All the characters suck. It’s not funny. I can think of exactly 4 jokes I found mildly amusing from the whole series. It’s also mean spirited, not sassy in a fun way. They’re not all friends just razzing each other they genuinely all hate everyone and everything. It’s also SO BORING. And the mystery element is super background to the teen drama and really uninteresting. It’s a scooby doo show - that can’t do MYSTERY right. I hate this show so much.
