The go kart is the closest were gonna get to driving a car in this game. I really hope someone thinks of a way to drive vehicles without mods.

Some states have different rules for driving at 15. Some allow you to drive a motorcycles at 15 but have to wait until 16 to drive a car and there's also some states that allow you to drive at a car 15 1/2. I suppose they could've added dirt bikes as another option, but it probably wouldn't function much different from the scooter though.

The bike doesn't have annoying controls it's just because you're on PC. Also you can get the go kart without unlocking the last area. Heck I got it right after chapter 1. It's easy. Just complete the 5 carnival races then complete the 2 street races then to get to the last area just come out of the school head right pan your camera to the right then you will see some rocks. Jump on those rocks then fall back down and swim. You will bypass the barrier and you'll be free to explore blue skies. But the race isn't shown on the map, however, but it's right in front of the townie's hideout. If you have completed busting in part II then you will know what I'm talking about. To get back to the school just take a bus stop. But since the carnival is locked in chapter 1 you won't be able to do this. Even if you do the levitation glitch it still won't work. But luckily chapter 1's missions are very easy.

i play on playstation (and have since 2008) and the bike controls have always been complete a$$. the camera always jumps around and even the slightest movement to the left or right will turn the whole bike. it’s definitely flawed

@@ChrisB0719 it’s definitely not a controller problem cause it’s happened across my ps2, ps3 and ps4. it’s just the awkward bike controls of the game. obviously if multiple other people are experiencing the same issue it’s not an isolated thing, idk why you’re so in denial about a games wonky bike controls lol

@@imgayasfand5615 It's not really a con because to get the go kart you have to complete the races so really you're not wasting time if you want to do those races. If you're talking about speedrunning then yes this would be a waste of time. Other than that, no it's not a waste of time.

@@TheBision23 it's not faster if you hold the jump button it's actually way faster if you flick the joystick to the left and right quickly. If you're going downhill it's very fun it's so fast.

What about cars?

If u do all 5 park mowing jobs at 100% and all the school mowing jobs at 100% u unlock the mower, u forgot that one man, but it sucks anyways, slow as hell

In the Anniversary Edition it doesn't hit the peds/students Why tho?

You can complete a bike race and you’ll get a crash helmet I believe. And then you can ride a scooter without getting in trouble.

Are you talking about which is better? Because if so then definitely the go kart. It's twice the speed of a scooter has better handling and better controls. Very useful in missions and hunting collectibles.

Are you talking about a bmx? If so then the red bmx with the orange flame pattern is the fastest. It's available to Jimmy after he passes shop 5.

You can complete a go kart race or a bike race. That's how you get a helmet for the scooter.
