Pretty reliable engine !
What advice would you give someone that’s going to join the fire service as a volunteer. And to be a medical first responder in my county you have to atleast be an EMR. Would you recommend starting as an EMR or EMT ? Thanks !

I never understood using the primer when using tank water.

Only have to prime for a draft its old school to do that

I agree with what Josh said. I didn't have to prime... it's honestly just natural habit to at this point

@@NathanielTexas as long as you aren't trying to prime a dry line, there's no big deal. But be cautious, we have lost a house because of that.

I think its best to prime, helps prevent burn-out on the pump but yeah sometimes its not always needed

I do have to say Nathaniel that I think you should be wearing one of the red helmets I've been watching your videos for a couple years now you always seem to be one of the first three to the station you know what you're doing on scene and I think you should be wearing a red helmet
@RyanJacob430

He would have to rank up two ranks to get the captain role. Which is the red helmet, It takes a lot of people 5 years to get that and they have to have a certain college degree to take the test. For it he can’t just be given the role because he does good, he has to take the test to show it and to prove he can. But he also has to have a certain amount of time as a lieutenant before he can the captain test. I’m not trying to be rude. I’m just saying that he can’t just get a red helmet, because he is fast to the station.
Cool

For the love of all that is holy, wear your SCBA and use a larger hoseline. You are putting yourself at preventable risk.

Preventable risk from what? Why is this fire different from others? They get exposed to harmful carcinogens at every fire and not to mention the other risks they are put in contact with, this is barely a blip on the radar considering high risk

My apologies. I'm always looking around and don't stay still for long. Thank you for taking time to comment however !
What's up with the female firefighter putting on the Scott Air pack when the fires out? Does she like to be overheated for absolutely no reason?, I mean I don't understand why I have you guys had your coats on as how does it gets in Texas and as hot as it's been lately only the two guys on the line that put the fire out needed their coats on everybody else strip down you're overheating yourselves for absolutely no reason. I know this from years of experience being around fire departments and my dad being a volunteer. Still really just blown away by the female firefighter that put on her Scott Air pack like she's going into a structure fire when there's no fire at all going on. Along with the chief no reason for him to put a mask on they don't do any firefighting they stand around and point at s***
I was incorrect those are not Scott airbags those are msas you're using. And I saw that firefighter Oz has more common sense than your Chief Lol she said screw this it's too hot and disconnected her air pack and took off her Hood. Lol
