    感謝分享! 可以多吃點堅果,全植飲食容易膽固醇不足,皮沙士建議堅果和椰子油可以補膽固醇(補命門火)。生的菜和水果比較寒涼,可以的話儘量少吃。

    不會很酸...優格本身是豆漿味.可加其他東西調整味道.

    請問做優格電鍋有插電和沒插電, 優格會有什麼差別呢? 不插電是指切成保溫8小時?

    現在電鍋多設計成插上插頭就具有保溫功能喔...所以是利用微溫來加快優格製成

    用豆漿加優格菌粉.放入有插電的電鍋.靜置八個小時就可以做出優格了喔

    不需要加菌 大同電鍋不要按下去 插電保溫8-10小時後 優格就好了!

    您好阿...可以找市售的優格菌粉都可以.如果沒有菌粉可以加優酪乳.但一樣要先攪拌後靜置.
