The vegetarian title is made tongue-in-cheek. My girls are fed a raw diet filled with raw meat, bones, and a small amount of fruits and fruits/veggies. But during the spring/summer they graze heavily on my garden because they like it.

It's fine. They are used to a diet with lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Right now my garden is heavy with tomatoes and every time they come in from the yard they smell like tomatoes.

I know it's kinda late, but tomatoes are most toxic via their vines, stems, leaves, green and unripened tomatoes... Preferably feed the dark red/well ripened ones to be more safe... In moderation of course.

@Nichole, You said your dog's eat tomatoes. Aren't tomatoes toxic for dogs? I have heard that so many fruits and veggies can be toxic, so I am just curious.
