Vegetarian Pate Chaud

It's so good. Please try it out yourself. Can be serve as snack, breakfast or lunch whenever you want, it's all good. ^_^
Vegetarian Pate Chaud:
Stir fry mushrooms:
1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 small onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 cups of chopped mushrooms, a pinch of salt, ¼ tsp of vegetable seasoning, 1/4 tsp of black pepper.
Filling:
1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 medium onion, 4 veggie patties, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of vegetable seasoning, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of Italian seasoning, 1 cup frozen carrot and peas.
4 Puff pastry sheets.
