For English subtitles, you can try automatic translation from Vietnamese to English. It's not always 100% correct, but this is better than nothing.

@@m1au372I'm not sure. But I heard that the person adding English subtitles is not Nino but his staff. So, I think that person might not have worked with Nino anymore and make the Eng sub no longer available.
Well, now this looks more like a dish from Earth that is doable instead of some super-fancy food you'd only see in your dreams.

My favourite type of noodles. Very common in India. You'll literally find it on various street stalls and it's damn yummy 😋😋

I would also recommend adding some oyster sauce, its fits so well and the umami is just great Edit: There is a substitute vegetarian oyster sauce as well

if you got some vinegar at home add that too! the general soya sauce to vinegar ratio is 2:1, like in the video he added 1 tbsp soya sauce so the right amount of vinegar would be 1/2 tbsp. :) veg chowmein is very common indo-chinese street food of India, to suit our palate we also add red chilli powder, we don't really add sugar tho.

This is the basis of all one pot cooking in my house, looks delicious.
this is chowmein but usually, for hakka, we use a little soya sauce and mostly green chilli sauce. The green sauce is spicy + a little tangy.

Thank you Nino! I've cooked it right now for a fast lunch, and the taste was just fantastic, was - because I have eaten the whole pan of it completely 😀. I have not used garlic and used Korean chili powder instead of chili sause.

My favourite type! Easy to make and super tasty! I also add eggs/shrimps sometimes with a dash of curry powder. But even without curry powder, shrimp or egg - this vegetable noodles is so delicious!! Lots of ❤️ from Bangladesh 🇧🇩

I used spaghetti too! I also added sliced potatoes and red onions instead of white onions and omitted the green chili and chili sauce and garlic, and the result was amazing!
