The price in Japan is different in different brand shops. Actually, some are meant for higher class or people with higher buying capacity and some for lower buying capacity. Good thing thing is 1st category of people doesn't go to other category shop. If someone is spending wisely then Japan is actually much less expensive than India. If you are Tokyo then go to "Kameido" it is cheaper than Indian village.

Alwz remember population and market, more people buy the product less/nomial the cost those developed nations population is very less hence it cost more.
