Hello. I just tried your recipe. It came out awesome in taste, texture everything. Just one question, i used crushed poha in place of bread crums and in oil some of crushed poha came out and oil was like 5% crushed poha in that. Which was looking so bad. I'm not getting what mistake i made.. otherwise your recipe was awesome. Thank you, Priyanka shah. Gujarat.

You can shallow fry but usually stuffs coated with breadcrumbs are deep-fried. So shallow frying won't give the same taste. Air frying is actually the best option.
