Only uncivilised/uncultured people who have no cooking skills use "ONIONS/GARLIC IN EVERYTHING". Coz onions and garlic have dominant flavours and they balance out all the vagaries of an unskilled cook, who does not know the art of cooking. Skillful cooks only use onions and garlic in selected items, to enhance the flavour (and not dominate it)..

I think, only Dumb asses dont know the real benefits of Onions and Garlics. Google up the most ten healthy vegetables : Onion is always on the top five , so is the garlic.

Don't make this statement so argumentative guys.... In India there are thousand of people those not even touched onion and Garlic. That is called pure veg or SATVIK BHOJAN.... Religious people never eat onion and garlic.... And if you tried once u will fall in love with that Soothing Authentic food... Most welcome 😄

lol please just chill everyone has a preference. I find onions to have a very overpowering taste and it cancels out a lot of the flavour I already put. Others do not eat it because of religious reasons such as being Jain. Who cares if u eat it or not... just modify the recipe to your own taste

I tried this recipe and it turned out great! This was my first cook and I loved it. One suggestion for anyone who tries this is that make sure to roast your filling in the end well if you want smoky flavour.. it'll taste good even if you don't do that. (PS: I skipped the beetroot.. didn't have it :P)
