@@Dragonflylane77 he was a questionable dad in the sense that he forced the boys into hunting at a young age after Mary was killed because he was blinded by his own grief. A big reason why Sam and Dean are so emotionally scarred and damaged now and can't ever have normal, peaceful lives is because of John. No parent who truly wants what's best for their children would force them into the hunting lifestyle (which is miserable and all but guarantees an unhappy ending and a life of constant paranoia and looking over your shoulder). In a way he was dishonoring Mary's memory by forcing Sam and Dean into hunting because she wanted her family to be completely removed from that life. But he truly loves both his sons and his sacrifice for Dean proved that.

@5:46 when Jensen went to (help) pick up Jared's beanie from the floor..Awwww! And is it just me or are Jensen and Jeff actually THE SAME person born in different bodies and different era? The way Jeff responded to the last questions ("what?!" "don't you have a question about my favourite colour or anything like that?") totally reminds me of Jensen. Not to mention the way Jensen imitating/mocking Jeff's answers and reactions...so uncanny! Hahaha! Thank you very much for uploading this for us faraway fans to feel the experience too! I see the dynamic of sam and dean on the stage I mean literally..like dean, Jensen is closest to his dad - Jeff you can see how he is constantly around him and Jeff patting him on the back. On the otherhand, like Sam - Jared is closest to his mom - Sam, you can see the adorable way they both constantly hug each other or Sam rubs Jared's hand or enquires about his health when Jeff mentions it.. That's true but Jared is following Jeff around like a lost puppy. They are exactly the same, they cant sit still. Then there's Jensen who is completely mommy's boy. The way he hugs her and laughs. And they both are very docile compared to the other two. And I loved how Jeff pulled both the boys to him when they first got on the stage. I haven't seen Jensen that bright and happy. Jared keeps making a serious face when he talk to mom.

Diana Marcum As much as I like adam I feel the writers brought him to question John's character. Why would he leave his youngest vulnerable while he drives all the way up to Stanford to check up on Sam? That plot line didn't make sense. Especially since he was aware he was going to die, he warned dean about sam going dark side but didn't tell him: ''btw you have a kid brother somewhere out there. please keep an eye out for him'' hell he didn't even call the kid to tell him, dad is not coming home anymore.

Well the point of all that was: keeping Adam a secret from even Sam and Dean also protected him from Demons and any other thing that could do him harm, at least in John's mind. So as it was said in the show he was trying to give Adam a chance at a normal life, a chance Sam & Dean never got.

So actually in a way the existence of Adam didn't question John's character. If anything it reaffirmed that he was always trying to do what was best for his boys, in the best way he could think of. After all he was never a hunter until his wife died. He wanted normalcy. But seeing as how Dean was witness to the madness & Sam was infected, it was too late to save them like he hoped he could Adam.

I never cared for Adam. I think it was cause the actor kind of sucked. Anyways Adam wasn't Mary's kid so he's not part of this particular group. Please don't hate on me. It's just my opinion.

Around 4:50 Jared and Samantha were talking. Does anyone know what they were talking about? I feel like she was asking about how Jared was feeling or how he go sick. Also towards the end when Jeff mentioned that Jared missed the show last night Samantha went over to Jared. I'm surprised as a "mom" she didn't feel his head to see if he was running a fever cause it looked like he was.

Okay but seriously, what the hell is wrong with the person asking about Vietnam and PTSD?! Does she not realize that John Winchester isn't real? It's like she's asking an actor to validate her own crazy headcanon... That was so bizarre.

I want all four of them to take a roadtrip together

Actually, he told us why. He played a demon role (forget which character it was) for so long that it ruined his voice. So that's why it goes in and out. So it's really not a joke when Jensen and Misha express their concerns about the deep voices they use for their characters... considering what happened with Jeff's voice.
