I’ve had movie studio platinum for about 2 years ,have been working around the lack of buttons for some time and just finally learned here how to add them all to the layout from your video here 🤣

Save the project as title. When you have to create another on, just open that up and change the text only. Render it and ave you title as a MP4 then import that into your new project.

Hello. Im using same software and im not happy about rending file sizes.. if you want good quality for exmple 1 hour video (full HD quality) it take 50 - 80 Gb of size..whats wrong? I did mp4 1080 60fpm and still took 4 gb.. and quality still poor ( i downloaded fron internet some movies for example 1h 30 min of movie full hd quality takes about 2gb.. )

Its all about compression, you can use Handbrake to reduce the size once rendered. A hour vid is going to be large in Vegas. Search my tutorials on Handbrake.

Split the clip where you want the slow motion, the clip has to be on its own, slit the start and stop portions you want slow motion) using S then hold the CTRL key down and drag it to the left, that will time shrink (stretch it) and slow it down.

@@RonPrieston ok thanks, I do sporting events and wanted to emphasize a certain play and then go back to normal speed. I was able to do one to match the beginning and end seamlessly but it took like 10 minutes. Looks like I have my work cut out for me! thanks again.

when I zoom in the zoom automatically goes to the corner, how do I make it so it zooms into the text instead?

Hi, I just installed Movie Stdio Platinum 16. I have mainly Vegas Pro tutorials and most of them will work on MSP. When I get more MSP tutorials I will create a playlist. Thanks for your support.

@@RonPrieston Thanks . Your tutorials are great. I do a bit of Drone flying DJI Spark and now the DJO Mavic 2 Pro, filming in 4K 10 bit so creating proxies and colour correction is a fairly major component and would appreciate more tutorials in this area if possible. A PC with a bit of GRUNT is required to edit these files :-)

@@RonPrieston its not too bad once Proxies are created (done automatically with 16) rendering again as long as ya have GPU grunt not too bad. I am upgrading PC for more grunt now 6GB Nvidia Graphics, I7 8700 CPU and 12GB 2666Mhz DDR4.

@@Accolades70 Specs look good, my MSI notebook I edit on is a 1 year old i7, Nvidia GPU 6 GB RAM and 16 GB RAM on the computer. It cost a lot, but its really fast. I love it. Can never have too much speed when it comes to video editing.

Thanks my friend. Movie Studio has really changed since version 10, that was the first Vegas product I owned, Movie Studio 16 looks almost exactly like Vegas Pro 16. And it even has advanced motion tracking and all the other goodies that Vegas Pro 16 has as well.
