The sportsmanship at the end is one of the best things about hockey.

Winnipeg had no business being in the playoffs
Wonder what all those people who said 'hockey wouldn't play in Vegas' are thinking now. Place is always packed with both locals and a few visitors from other teams. Probably pretty expensive to get those tickets, but Vegas is a great place for a mini vacation to enjoy yourself!

It's been a brilliant move by the league, the Golden Knights have been a success both on & off the ice. Sure, they missed the playoffs last year( but barely ), but they are always a tough team on the ice & a great draw off of it. They have tremendous support & will have so even if they eventually hit a bit of a 'low point' somewhere along the way, they've established enough of a following there that fans will always show up with plenty of support. And they always welcome fans of visiting teams there with open arms. :-)

Not the way I wanted to see the season end, but credit must be given to Vegas for taking charge of the game from the very start and to Brossoit.

I think he was drafted originally by Calgary in the 6th rnd & then traded to Edmonton in 2013 & has finally found a home in Las Vegas.

Admittedly, I thought the Jets had a chance at an upset in this series. Well I was wrong by a country mile Lol. Broissoit & the Golden Knights were the better team ultimately. The Jets played hard, they had a memorable comeback in Game 3 to force OT( although they still wound up losing )but obviously this result won't go over well in the 'Peg. Especially after the Jets actually flirted with 1st place in the Central until the last half of the season. Anyways, it'll be interesting to see how the offseason goes there. Meanwhile Vegas is back in business after missing the playoffs last spring. Either the Oilers or the Kings will be a handful in the next round perhaps. We shall see. For now though, #TheHouseAlwaysWins.
