Ingredients:
-3 1/3 cups (415g) all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup (165mL) plant-based milk, I used soy
-1/4 cup (50g) organic cane sugar, I used Zulka + plus more for topping
- 1/4 cup (70mL) melted vegan butter, I used unsalted Earth balance + more for brushing
- one pack instant dried yeast (2 1/4 tsps)
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or orange blossom water
- 1/2 tsp salt, omit if using salted butter
- 2 tsps orange zest

Mine was cold, you can warm it up to speed up the rising time :)
