Tried this recipe and came out really flavorful ! Few notes - 1. Soya chunks add so much depth to the taste. So, don’t skip it 2. Taste the salt before you steam , adding after pulao is cooked , will break the rice & make it mushy 3. I would suggest adding salt in veggies bit by bit so that they absorb some. Otherwise the veggies will be bland in the pulao 4. Serve with lemon bcz there is no sour element in the recipe. Lemon makes it complete

Isi prosess ka use karke me bhi bnati hu pulao but me pani dalke ek chammach ghee jarur dalti hu or really bahut badiya testy or khile khile pulao bante hai mere mamma papa or husband sabko pasand hai mere hath ka pulao 🙏 aapki tips achhi hoti hai kaam ki hoti hai thanks
