Good recipe! Just don't paint nails on your cooking hand. Mexican food is all about raw & fresh flavors! No ingredient should be cooked thoroughly. Tomatoes & Onions & Garlic & fresh Coriander should all be a little raw. No "oil chhodane tak pakana" like we do for Bharity dishes. You should also try to use Bhartiy spices in Mexican way. For example, they don't roast or heat Black Pepper or Cumin Seeds before grinding them! The Mexican culture is a primitive one and thus they don't really savor well cooked foods and spices. Their food is always on the raw side.
