Wow ! The veg sandwich looks amazing & colorful. I am going for the second one, it has cheese & it's perfectly grilled. I am just thinking of replacing mayo with yogurt & maybe using a vegan mayo would be much healthier.

I've used Veeba mayonnaise. You can use homemade mayonnaise or any good quality mayonnaise.
