SRK did 3 different movies that same year in 2004..all 3 of different genre and all 3 are timeless and classic and fantastic cinema experience..infact all 3 movies had a story that represented indian roots and culture without blowing any deshbhakti trumpet like any other movies do in last few years for audience attention and favourism!!!

veer zaara is 1000 times better than Kal Ho Na Ho.. rooted deep in our history and society... kal ho na ho is not bad but yash chopra (except jab tak hai jaan) cannot be matched.

SRK doesn't need to show forced patriotism like other actors and films he just shows it in a way I can't explain and that's why he is the greatest.

Heer-Ranjha is the punjabi equivalent of Romeo and Juliet. If I'm not mistaken it's even older and written by the legendary punjabi poet, Bulleh Shah. This is a treasure shared by punjabis on both sides of the border in India and Pakistan.

I really like the dichotomy of this reaction. Achara cries openly when she sees the impact. (Zaara in Veer's house and village) while Steph tries to hold back her tears. This was an epic movie and when I watched it for the first time I bawled my eyes out due to the purity and solidarity for their love for each other. I was the assistant to Mr Yash Chopra on this movie. Great to see people reacting to this. When I think back on this movie, more than the movie itself, its the awesome behind the scenes experiences that overwhelm my mind.

I have never seen Veer Zaara completely, I generally hate Bollywood romance flicks n Back then there were many, But this one has that Rare acting challenge for SRK, Like Swades, Chak de and My name is Khan. He should do more often such movies. Even Fan was challenging and Good one.

That moment when shaboo shouts, Zarra and the music in the background literally goosebumps. The scene is so beautiful, that Everytime I watch it makes me cry. I just love there Expressions , when they get to knew that Zara is living in India.

damn that court encounter between Veer and Zaara had hit me like anything at my very frst watch,, in theatre i cried covering my face and even now im kind of feel the same!! and the song “tere liye ham hain jiye hothon ko siye” miss era man hope srk comes back with atleast one of this kind ❤️

Yash Ji knew the potential of SRK as an actor. The director these days can't seem to bring out of the actor in SRK instead of his stardom.

Goosebumps starts when Tere Liye starts playing. OMG

What i liked about this movie was the part where Zaara's mom understood her daughter's feeling because she gave up on her own choice herself. Back in the day that was a common thing. And she decided to marry a man who she is still unsure about if he is willing to die for her. She did not want her daughter to go through the same thing. No mother wants her daughter to be stuck with a cold man like Raza Sharazi. But the initial plan for Zaara was politics over love i guess..

Nobody actor who can beat srk acting in emotions his eyes enough to say what's a feeling in the scenes King Khan is always the top 🔝

Most Beautiful reaction video ever. Being foreigners it amazes me how accurately u both r reacting even with subtitles and its brining me goosebumps and nostalgja of day 1 experience of veer zaara in theatres in 2004 . This reaction video and us Indians crying with u guys in ur first time experience is a sheer testament to how evergreen and globally appealing this bollywood classic truly is. On a side note the spider tingle comment is hilarious AF. From this comment twice in the reactions I actually noticed something new first time. The tingle is done for both veer and zaara. Zaara gets it at mosque when he arrives and he gets it in court when she arrives. Amazing. Can't wait for final part reaction and final thots. Achara and steph way to go .
