Then, 𝑐𝛼+𝛽=(𝑐𝑥_1+𝑥_2,𝑐𝑦_1+𝑦_2,𝑐𝑧_1+𝑧_2) and 3(𝑐𝑥_1+𝑥_2 )−2(𝑐𝑦_1+𝑦_2 )+𝑐𝑧_1+𝑧_2=𝑐(3𝑥_1−2𝑦_1+𝑧_1 )+3𝑥_2−2𝑦_2+𝑧_2=0. Therefore, 𝑐𝛼+𝛽∈𝑊 and 𝑊 is a subspace of ℝ^3.
