INGREDIENTS :
veal thigh
parsley
onion
carrot
tomato puree
RECIPE ::
✅ We will clean the veal and chop it into small cubes. Season with a little oil and salt and leave in the refrigerator until use
✅ Cut the onion into cubes and fry for 5 minutes in oil and butter. We also cut carrots and fry everything together for a few minutes. We will also add some tomato puree
✅ When the onion has caramelized, add the meat and let everything simmer for 20 minutes at a medium temperature. Do not add water because the meat and vegetables will release their juices
✅ After 20 minutes, add the first 200 ml of water and let it continue to simmer for 45 minutes. Add a little water several times, and the last addition we will add as much water as the density we want to achieve
✅ We season at the end, and we used salt, pepper, and dry spices
✅ We add fresh or dry parsley when the veal is ready, leave it for 2 minutes and our lunch is ready.
