People misread the Affidavit. It (the Affidavit) has got nothing to implicate Malema, Brian and EFF in a corrupt manner. It has got to do with Brian and his company......Whether he (Matodzi) was with Malema and Floyd talking something while Marshall was somewhere afar and not participating is his word against his and Malema's, Floyd's and Marshall's.

That affidavit was leaked intentionally so that it can be declared inadmissible and the eff goes free again.

Of course Malema wont admit guilt. He will shout is innocence even if found guilty. Why admit guilt now?? For 30 years it was free for all no consequences.

Remember this heist was Investigated by that young white female investigative journalist and by Advocate Terry Motaung and now Mr Matodzi himself. The journalist was called all sort of names. I am glad the affidavit was leaked, because the whole heist weighed so heavinly on him and he didn't benefit alone, but a lot of high profile politicians , who are still in denial even to this day and mostly from the ANC. DR Groenewald , pls ensure that Mr Matodzi is well protected and he must be careful what food he eats in prison, they can poison him. It can happen that he's still going to expose others and especially that he turned a state witness.. This is so heartbreaking for the poor rural gogos , who invested their last monies in order for it to grow and later withdraw it. The municipalities that defied the Reserve Bank and Treasury and invested in the VBS bank and all the money gone to crooks , liars , manipulators and looters. They must be arrested and charged. These politicians , must be ashamed of themselves , going around with way beyond expensive shoes , suites and driving expensive cars and living in the most expensive suburbs , in the shameful name of robbing poor rural gogos. Shame on them , there are a disgrace to humanity.

If it was a ‘donation’ then the payment should have been made directly to the EFF’s bank account, which it wasn’t, it was made via Floyd’s brothers company Stimeka, which is why the suspicion, and this can be proved.

Were did VBS bank get the money and licenses to operate? Who were the ones appointing there board members? And who were the ones they were taking orders from? Follow the money. They will pay back everything.

It is strange that a plea bargain would be contingent on reaching a guilty verdict. It would be interesting to see the actual plea bargain in this case. Because, usually with a plea bargain, the person making the deal must only cooperate completely with the prosecution. That means making an official statement, providing any available evidence, and testifying in court if necessary. A plea bargain that was only honored AFTER sentencing would deter many from entering into the plea, because they would be taking a huge, possibly life-endangering risk with absolutely no guarantee that it will be worth it. Who would put their life on the line for a maybe?

This has been long in the public domain, its just that you only know about it because Mr Matodzi has been sentenced.As for Phala Phala, the US Justice Dept must apply Cyril extradition for being in possession of large amounts of their currency and if they don't do so it means there's no case against him.And I further advise you to stop comparing two different cases.Cyril didn't steal any money,it was a business transaction.
