Thanks for the kind words Shireen I appreciate it....yes it's been great...am sure you will like it....I like Vax products ...I have also done reviews on a carpet shampooer and recently on a spot cleaner....I am not associated with them...I bought all 3 items....I just like their products and prices :)

Re the big rugs....yes basically that's just a carpet.....the shampooer works great... definitely worth looking out for if they are ever in Lidl again The small spot cleaner would be more for small rugs...mats...car seats etc.

@@TomsManShed Credit where credit’s due. The problem with other reviewers is that they often don’t into enough detail, whereas you do. 😢

Love your video your instructions are a lot better than the manual they give you. I’ve had my vax air lift pet pro just over 2 years love that it’s light weight just get fed up keep having to clean brush due to having long hair it’s not the easiest vacuum to put brush and belt back together.

Thank you Tom, fantastic, clear instructions. My vac kit had very minimal instructions and the Vax website seemed to be all about the features but not helpful in terms of use and maintenance. Much appreciated!

Best review I've seen. Thank you. I'd love it if you could compare this to the vax air stretch model in terms of ease of use. I cant decide whether the stretch would be easier than the lift as the hose extends a lot further, so I could do the stairs and leave the while thing at the bottom, rather than having to lift and carry the removable unit around. (I hope that makes sense!)

Thanks for the kind words fizzy....unfortunately I cant review the air stretch without buying one just to compare.....if Vax were to give me one I would :) but I don't think that's likely for a youtuber like me with only 357 subscribers at this time.:( All I can say is that the removable part is very light so it's easy to move around...particularly to the car which would be a bit of a stretch for the stretch so to speak.

I think the air stretch would be less hassle in one way as I don't have to carry anything around and can focus on cleaning, but looking at reviews it's a lot of messing around with the attachments.. so I'm still torn between the two models 😂 it's so tricky when most reviews try to film one handed and show you the product at the same time. They end up filming their sofa or their wall or you can't hear a word they're saying. So frustrating 😂

Great review! Very informative! I'm looking at ordering one of these or a Shark this weekend. Since this review was a while back, Would you still recommended this model? Have you had any issues with it?

Hi Thanks for the thanks......No I haven't had any issues ...it is used regularly and has been absolutely great...I would definitely recommend one....my daughter has a Shark and she loves that too so i think both brands are a good buy and MUCH better value than a Dyson.

where can i buy a new roller i have this vax hoover and cant find it anywhere ty

Hi Louise all that is included is shown in the video....what you get with all 3 models (inc the one reviewed) is shown.. use the timeline to select the "tools" section ...all info was correct at time of upload 2 years ago.

wait until the drive belt in the turbo tool goes then you'll be stuffed, nobody's selling replacements and you'll end up buying a new tool

I don't often use the turbo tool but if the belt goes then a whole tool is less than £13 from E Spares and less than £10 for a compatible one on Ebay ...there are also hundreds of generic rubber belts sold on ebay so if the size is known I would bet one would be available so it's not something that worries me
