Brought mine over 4 months ago and love it. A big plus for me is the buttons and knobs for the heating and radio. Don’t like the adjustments being in the touch screen which would be more tricky to adjust while driving.

This car has grown on me a lot. It’s a nice all round package. I really do like the blue, and the interior seems nice. I would love to see a vxr variant come out

My parents bought this car (with the 1.6 T 180 8-auto) and it's really nice. But with the 19" wheels and 235/50 R19 99 V SportContact 5 SUV tires (not available anymore), the car is a bit harsh over small bumps and noisy at speed. That say, lowering the light load tyre pressure to 180kpa (26PSI) front and 160kpa (23PSI) rear instead of the recommended 220kpa (32PSI) improved the ride quality, noise levels and surprisingly also handling by a lot! Just don't drive over 160kph (100mph) with those pressures, not really an issue in the real world. The ride still feels firm, but the vibration, potholes and speed bump are really well damped. The car feels really good at speed on the highway, it was set up for the autobahn, and while I would have preferred an overall softer ride, for a family car that's mainly used on longer journey, it is a really nice place to be. I can confirm that the headlights are amazing (after being properly aimed, the factory didn't to a good job at it), the ventilated seats are a must, the car is super quiet and handles extremely well, it's really spacious for it's size (I only tested the rear seat once, but it was on a longer trip and I was comfortable at 184cm/6"1 seating behind my dad at 187cm/6"2). The 360 camera are a rip off, but other than that, a really great choice at a good price. Much better than a Qashqai (my parents had one before).

Sounds like you’ve found a solution, but please be aware that at lower psi, the tyre walls can flex and disintegrate. It may be worth investing in differentwheels and a higher profile tyre, as your safety is of paramount importance! Glad you liked the review, and that you found it helpful 😎Also, thank you for all of your feedback - it’s really useful for us.

@@PlanetautoUK totally agree, as a general rule never deviates from manufacturer specs. But I know what I'm doing, did the maths, took a 20% safety margin and test drove the car. I just wish Opel/Vauxhall followed some other manufacturers in giving not only the top speed/fuel efficiency tyre pressure but also the "comfort" lower speed one, like Jaguar for exemple: www.jaguarforums.com/forum/attachments/xj-xj6-xjr6-x300-26/9111d1301518913-tyre-pressure-maximum-comfort-tyre.jpg Different tyres can also improve the ride. From I've read the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 SUV seems to offer a much smoother and quieter ride in this size.
