Congratulations Ian! This is fantastic news. As I recall, 1965 makes it a late Mk1 with the prominent door hinges. I'm not jealous - honest!

Sounds like you'll have a collection to make Beaulieu jealous. When I was young, I wanted a Mk3 Granada as I like big old Fords. I didn't get one, though. I could afford one that wasn't full of rust!

A fair review. I love the confidence of having a 3-tear warranty battery and the blue can in the boot tells you the quality level of the vehicle. 🤣 Nice colour tho'.

Hope you weren't traumatised by the sight of the blue can? Perhaps I should have added a 'trigger warning'. The GT85 is in its presentation box (and secured in a volt). 😁

@@CarSpyTV I did wonder if it might be some sort of acclimatisation therapy you were trying out on me, or perhaps just subliminal association of the two products by yourself. GT85 is too good to be saved it must be used as often as required (but possibly keep with the blue can for the Corsa). 😁

Nice review, someone broke my old car, and had to get quickly a new one (normally i take ages to min max and buy car that fits lot of requirements (usually 12 years old for price). Came across 3 doors one, really like it (100 000km on it), it has some problems but this is mainly cause i bought it from wrong company (they like to ignore waranty). Think i will sell it and get the 5 doors, it just has to much advantages, not only the practical side, but also, it is actually bigger (i studied them hard and the 3 doors drops in side faster towards rear, so the 5 doors has bigger coffer and perhaps also higher for persons in backseat. But also: th dead corner (if that's what they call this in english the corner that you cant see in rearview), is ultra hard to see cause of small backseat window. With 5 doors, this is a lot higher at the crucial point. I'm considering other cars like Twingo, Yaris etc but i think price/performance/looks this one is still better.

Thanks for the comment, Matti6950. Good luck with your purchase. By the way, in the UK the 'dead corner' is called the blind spot. Best wishes from CarSpyTV.

Thank you, Matt. The Primera is my favourite car. It's been a loyal companion on good days, bad, and everything in between since 2010. Then Focus, Micra, Corsa.

What a great colour light green and a pity the air conditioning doesn't work probably needs a regas and we both prefer a 5 foor hatch back our 2021 Suzuki Beleno GLX is a five door hatch and a manual hand brake better that an electronic one and l did like the use of the suit case to demonstrate the size of the boot

What is the thing behind the handbrake. It looks like something fits on there and kinda looks like it has a microchip or something built into it? I’ve recently bought a Corsa and mine has the same and I’ve no idea what it is?

hello, I also have an Opel Corsa D from 2011, I initially had how many km I could still drive and I could see the fuel sign, but it has disappeared and I can no longer see how many km I can still drive with my tank... it is gone. Can you please help me with my board computer?

This isn't the car's real plate. The real one's covered for the video. My Corsa is a 2011.

Anyone know how to select the different options for the trip computer, e.g is there an option to display miles left till fuel empty? How many miles can the car do after the petrol "flashing" sign? I always get paranoid when the petrol sign comes up (from bad experience) but don't know how many more miles I can go before needing to fill up. Previous car had a "miles till empty" on the display but can't seem to find it on the corsa. My corsa only shows the mileage and nothing else.
