Vault drills and stations for Beginner Girls Gymnastics
These fun stations help drill the important basics at board that often are missing and cause poor habits and ultimately lower score at competitive level. Demonstrating properly at beginning will reenforce your intentions and allow you as a coach to focus on hard skills while keeping the flow of class.

How often and long do young girls and boys train at this age? (under 8)
...umm,,I have a 5yo son who seems to love trampolines and I don't see one boy in this gymnastic video. My boy recently went to a trampoline park and I guess I'm wondering if gymnastics would be fun for him. This was a good video though. Well explained basic knowledge of the basics. :)

Trampoline - hold a ball - try, and rotate with. swimmers never use? Turn arounds? Arr' - Arr = area of rekon - for this Platoon(on). Or my, personal area.
